Why bring your own key
Using your own model key keeps Jivika free and lets you choose the provider and model you trust. You pay your provider directly, often nothing on a free tier, and there is no subscription to cancel.
About
Jivika means livelihood in Sanskrit. A job search shapes how people earn that livelihood, yet the tools for it are often scattered, vague about how they score you, or built around collecting your data. Jivika brings the essentials into one private workspace.
Using your own model key keeps Jivika free and lets you choose the provider and model you trust. You pay your provider directly, often nothing on a free tier, and there is no subscription to cancel.
A resume holds your work history, contact details and ambitions. Jivika keeps it in your browser. When you run a tool, it passes through our server to the provider you choose and is not stored on our servers.
Scores combine model judgement with deterministic checks where possible, and are clamped and validated rather than inflated to make you feel good.
Your resume, results and applications belong to you. They stay in your browser and you can clear them whenever you like.
Every result should end in something you can do next: a missing skill to build, a bullet to rewrite or a question to practise.
Jivika is designed and built in India by Abhimanyu Singh. Feedback, bug reports and ideas are always welcome.
